Have an issue with your Grunt socks?

  1. Use the claim form below to request a claim.
  2. You will get a reply back to request photos of the issue.
  3. We'll let you know if the claim is approved.
  4. If approved, you will receive a website credit for the pair claimed.
  5. That's it.

What's Covered

Issues covered by the 100 day guarantee:

  • Holes in the sole from normal wear

What's not Covered

Issues not covered by the guarantee:

  • Loss or theft
  • Pulled threads
  • Damage from misuse (bleach, chemicals, sharp objects)
  • Holes on the big toe caused by toenails rubbing the inside of your boot
  • Expected wear and tear
  • Dog ate them (yes, it's happened)

Do I need to return the old socks?

Nope. Just send us a photo.

Can I choose a different color for my replacement? 

Yep, as long as it's in stock.

What if I bought a multi-pack?

Each pair in the pack gets its own 100-day guarantee from purchase date.

Is the replacement also covered by the guarantee?

The guarantee is limited to one replacement per pair purchased. The replacement socks don't carry a new 100-day guarantee.

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.
